12/8/09 PURCHASE. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. UNABLE TO CONTACT. VOICE MAILBOX FULL. NO RETURN EMAILS THROUGH WEBSITE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. CURRENT ONGOING DISPUTE THROUGH PAYPAL. THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL!

there is no customer service! take your money and no responses! i have been calling and emailing and there is no answer! I had to go to the different website and buy the product again. big disappointment- especially if you are looking for gift for Christmas - you will never get it :(
